In-Well Fiber-Optic Sensing | 22-23 February 2023 | The Hague, Netherlands Leonardo Royal Hotel Den Haag Promenade, The Hague

Advances in fiber-optic sensing in the oilfield have moved from qualitative assessments to more quantitative approaches in Flow Monitoring, Completion Diagnostics, Reservoir Strain and DAS-based Seismic, having significant impact to our understanding of Reservoir Characterisation, Production Optimisation, Integrity Monitoring, and overall Well and Field Management.

This two-day workshop will focus on two primary areas:

– Fiber-Optic sensing application case studies demonstrating value of sensing, either alone or synergistically with other monitoring technologies.

– New/emerging advancements in sensing technology, deployment and interpretation methodologies that will stimulate additional or higher-valued use of optical sensing.

Within these two areas, our technical sessions will be exploring key topics including:

– Carbon Capture and Storage
– Enabling and Novel Technologies
– Interventions
– Injection and Production Monitoring
– Well Integrity
– Green Applications, Pilots and Case Studies
– Offshore and Subsea Applications
